Postage Information

We aim to have all orders packed within 48 hours of the order being placed and physically shipped out, weekends and public holidays are excluded.

We use Australia Post and Numerous Couriers to ship your items.

We will always be helpful in the event of Lost or damaged parcels however we can not be held responsible for any events once it has left our possession. If you find yourself in receipt of a damaged parcel please ensure you do the following:

Photo evidence

Please upload one or more photos clearly showing:

  • The packaging

  • The label

  • Damaged items.

  • Send these to us in an email so we can notify the company and claim on your insurance.

If you fail to take the appropriate pictures we will be unable to help you process your claim and add a credit to your account for the damaged items.

Free standard shipping is offered on all purchases containing fragrance and small items over $300 when selecting the courier option.

Please note wax and other bulky items such as jars, burners and clam shells are excluded from free shipping. 

Free shipping is not available in conjunction with any discount coupon codes used.

We will endeavour to post all items via the option you have selected but not all couriers travel to rural areas and sometimes these must be sent with australia post.

Tracking:

We are unable to follow up on any lost or missing parcels if you choose to ship them with australia post.
