We founded Eiluxe Fragrance Oils and Candle Supplys with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more.

All fragrance sales are final. We suggest that you purchase small bottle sizes for testing before ordering larger quantities.

These products are our own formulation and is not part of, nor have an association with, any other product of the same or similar name.

Our testing and guidelines should never take the place of your own personal testing.  Always test fragrance in all applications.  We do not take responsibility for your test results. EiLuxe is not responsible for any finished products made with our raw ingredients.  Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap. Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla.  However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products

About our Fragrance Oils:

Due to the fact that our fragrances are 100% concentrated, we suggest that you test our fragrances in finished products before you make any conclusions.

 

·         None of our fragrances are tested on animals.

·         All of our fragrance oils are vegan friendly.

·         Our fragrances comply with the strictest global RIFM and IFRA standards.

·         Our fragrances are premium grade and concentrated; not diluted.

·         Shelf-life for fragrance oils ranges from 12-18 months. For maximum shelf life, keep in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight preferably stored in a dark coloured glass bottle.

·         Our oils are synthetic in substance in that they are not formulated directly from plant origin.

 

TAKE NOTE

• While they may sound delicious, fragrance oils are not to be consumed or used in food production.

• Do not use fragrance oils directly on your skin; they must be diluted in a product or solvent first.

• Keep fragrance oils out of reach of children and pets.

• We are not responsible for the products that you make with our supplies.

• Due to the fact that our fragrances are 100% concentrated, fragrance may not smell the same out of the bottle as it does in a finished product.

• We suggest that you test our fragrances in finished products before you make any conclusions about the final outcome.

• Always test fragrances thoroughly in your finished product before deciding to purchase in bulk.

• 

  Fragrances are composed of naturally-derived, and synthetic ingredients. Natural ingredients may darken over time causing some fragrances to change colour. All fragrance materials have been studied by RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials) for safety, and IFRA (International Fragrance Association) has set forth a code of practices for use of the materials. This ensures that fragrances are safe for consumers.

• Please note the Same name does not mean the same fragrance there are many different types produced in many different factories and no two are the same between companies.

• Candle fragrances may change in colour from batch to batch and darken over time. Our fragrances are Vegan friendly.

• 

  (type) - Name trademarks and copyrights are properties of their respective manufacturers and/or designers. These versions are NOT to be confused with the originals and EiLuxe has no affiliation with the manufacturers/designers. This interpretation of the fragrance was created through chemical analysis and reproduction and this description is to give the customer an idea of scent character, not to mislead, confuse the customer or infringe on the manufacturers/designers name and valuable trademark.

• About our Mica, Glitter & Liquid Pigment Dye

• Our Mica Powder, Glitter and Liquid Pigment dye are cosmetic grade and safe to use in all aspects of candle, soap and cosmetic making.

• We have seen some amazing individual outcomes when using and experimenting with colours.

• We recommend the use of mica, glitter and dye in the following areas:

• wax/tart melts

• candles (Always wick up when using Mica)

• soap

• bath bombs

• bath crystals

• lip gloss and cosmetics

• Nails

• body lotion, oils and butter

• The list is endless….

• Please note if at any point we stock an item that is not safe for use in a particular product we will boldly let you know.

• The usage rate of our dyes and pigments will vary according to the depth of colour you want to achieve, however the type of wax, fragrances and additives my alter your results. Please always test colours on a smaller scale. For consistant results please use the same technique when measuring. ie Percentage by weight will not give the same colour as percentage by volume. The reccomended temperature when adding dyes is over 95c.

• 2-8 drops of liquid candle colour will meet the needs of most but be sure to experiment to find your own level of desire.
