The diffuser bottle clips into your car vent it does not hang.Mix reed base with your favourite fragrance at a useage of 75% base 25% fragrance, remove the plastic stopper inside and replace the cork. Tip the bottle upside down to allow the liquid to soak into the cap. Liquid then diffuses up into the absorbent cap and out into the air.
